Authorities and personalities of important trajectory in the judicial field reaffirmed their commitment to promote justice for national and international peace, through proposals and analysis focused on the topic: "The UN and the International Criminal Court: harmonic interaction, independence or subordination? " through the third workshop during the Judicial Session of CUMIPAZ (Chile 2015).
CUMIPAZ (Chile 2015) gave way with the judicial session, for the promotion of an international justice constructed on truth in the framework of human dignity and fundamental rights, a justice for peace.
“Together will we reflect and become stronger, because we have the same goal: peace for the human family.” Those were the words Dr. William Soto Santiago expressed during the opening of the Peace Integration Summit (CUMIPAZ 2015). Dr. Sergio Muñoz Gajardo was also present during this ceremony at the emblematic former Congress of the Republic.

He holds a Doctorate in Administrative Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Specialist in Constitutional Law Center for Constitutional Studies Madrid.

Professor of the Doctorate Program in Ibero-American Administrative Law coordinated by the University of La Coruña with 10 universities in Ibero-America and professor of the PhD program in Law of the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED)
