Judge in the National Court of Justice in Ecuador, member of the Chamber for Criminal Cases, military and police criminal offences and traffic contraventions. Born in Ibarra, province of Imbabura, on the 25th of April, 1963.
Ph.D. in Jurisprudence and Lawyer for the Courts of Ecuador. Graduated from the Central University of Ecuador. Master Degree in Criminal Law and Criminology. She obtained a Higher Diploma in Constitutional Law and with mention in Constitutional Law, and in Human rights and Fair Trial.
She worked as an Advisor for the Superior Council of the (IESS) Ecuadorian Social Security Institute.
Pichincha district fiscal agent and presiding judge for the Third District Court of Criminal Guarantees.
Professor of the code of criminal procedure. Lecturer in Criminal Matters for several national and international events. Judge for the 17th Inter-American Competition on Human Rights.
