He holds a Doctorate in Administrative Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Specialist in Constitutional Law Center for Constitutional Studies Madrid.
Professor of Administrative Law at the University Escuela Libre de Derecho. Professor of the Doctorate Program in Ibero-American Administrative Law coordinated by the University of La Coruña with 10 universities in Ibero-America and professor of the PhD program in Law of the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED)
He is a member of several international and regional academic organizations, such as the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law; The Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Procedural Law; The World Association of Constitutional Justice; The World Association of Administrative Law; The Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law, among others.
