Chile | Signature of decrees promote actions in favor of the environment
See GalleryIn order to raise awareness among citizens about the seriousness of the environmental damage of the planet Earth, during June, July and August of 2018, government authorities of the Republic of Chile, approved 42 decrees in favor of the Proclamation of the Constitution for the Rights of Mother Earth promoted by the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP).
These documents were delivered to the representatives of the GEAP by the mayors, with the purpose of supporting the proposal that promotes individual and collective actions that encourage the care of the environment, in order to reduce the problems that affect nature and have a better quality of life in harmony with Mother Earth. Informing and educating the Chilean society from the educational centers and through the media are some of the activities that will be implemented immediately in the communities in order to promote the Proclamation of the Constitution for the rights of Mother Earth, which is a document of ethical principles, made from an inclusive perspective of all sectors.
Based on the International Program Children of Mother Earth, activists for peace in Chile call on the community, through the promotion of the rights of the planet, to work responsibly for the restoration of the home of all living beings.
