The Universidad Tecnológica OITEMA in Panama, joined the (ALIUP). On July 20th, it signed the agreement for the development of an educational program that promotes the formation in Human Rights, universal values and principles for the higher studies.

The Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) signed an important agreement of collaboration, July 2, 2016 at the University of Professional Development (UNIPED) in the City of Mexico, with the institute of Higher Education that counted with more than 50 schools in 18 states in the Mexican Republic with the purpose of concreting its integration to the International Alliance of Universities for Peace (ALIUP).

Distinguished academics turned to the call that the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) made for the 9^th International Seminar “Challenges of Higher Education in Human Development and Society,” under the guideline of the International Alliance of Universities for Peace (ALIUP); a seminar that took place on the July 8^th, 2016 in the Real Intercontinental Hotel in the City of Guatemala.
