During the celebration, the Proclamation of Constitution of the Rights of Mother Earth was read in the middle of diverse activities that included environmental stops, forums, parades, recovery of natural spaces, among others.
In the framework of the celebration of World Enviroment Day(June 5), the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) in the Dominican Republic, promoted environmental values in educational institutions during June 6th and 7th, 2016.
The communitarian environmental marathons of the GEAP involved around 100,000 American and European citizens during the world celebration of March 21 and 22.

Actions of environmental education, tree planting, ecological walks and cleanup day were part of the valuable contribution that the Activists for Peace of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela made in favor of Mother Earth on June 5, World Environment Day, after the call from the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP).
The World Environment Day, according to the UN, has among its objectives to give a human face to the environmental problems; in this sense, the Activists for Peace in Brazil celebrated the 5th of June with actions of recovery and education in favor of Mother Earth.
