Known as the heart of America, Paraguay, is a sovereign state, located in central South America, bordered by Argentina to the south and southwest, Brazil to the east and northeast, and Bolivia to the northwest.
THE GRANADOS PARK HOTEL and LAS MARGARITAS HOTEL are the summits official hotels for the lecturers, special guests, National Coordinators and the International Board of Directors of the GEAP.
From October 3rd to the 7th, the GEAP will cover the costs of preselected LECTURERS from the Judicial Session, Academic Session and the Diplomatic Session, whose governments and organization will not cover the costs. The hotels have various rooms reserved and blocked for the Summit.
This past July 25th, a committee of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP), led by the General Director, Mrs. Gabriela Lara, presented the Peace Integration Summit – CUMIPAZ – 2016, to the Vice President of the Republic of Paraguay.
The Second Peace Integration Summit (CUMIPAZ-2016), has been recognized and welcomed as an event of national importance by high levels of the government of Paraguay, which has made a commitment to support and participate, considering the country's role as the host for the Summit, listed as the Global Capital of Peace, this 2016.
A global invitation to work for peace was made by the President of the National Congress of Paraguay, Senator Roberto Acevedo, to parliamentary colleagues from every nation, political, diplomatic, judicial authorities, businesspeople and academics to participate in the Peace Integration Summit – CUMIPAZ -2016, to be held on October 4th to the 8th, at the Legislature Grounds.
On June 30, directors of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace, led by their executive president, Dr. William Soto Santiago, held the official presentation of the Peace Integration Summit — CUMIPAZ-2016 before ambassadors and other members of the accreditied Diplomatic Corps of Paraguay.
