The Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) presented the Communicational Educational Program for the formation of a voluntary, altruistic and regular safe blood donation culture “Life is in the Blood” (PEC-VIDA), as a mechanism which ensures the accomplishment of this right.
