José Andrés Arocena

After high school, he graduated from the School of Winemaking (UTU, in the Colorado area, Department of Canelones) in 1986 and worked in Vitícola Uruguaya and Bodega La Cruz.

In 2003, he was in charge of sales and technical service for the sawmills Wood Mizer, of the company Spezial S.A.

FHe was the founder and first president of the Grupo Creadaderos of Florida; He has been a member of the Board of Uruguayan Federation of Crea- Fucrea Group; Member of the MEVIR LA CRUZ Commission and founder of the Florida Chamber of Tourism.


Jorge Suárez Cáceres

He is a Puerto Rican politician and senator. He has been a member of the Puerto Rico Senate since 2006.

Suárez studied at the Eugenio Brac Elementary School in Naguabo, and finished his studies in his native city of Humacao, in the schools of San Benito and San Antonio Abad, where he graduated in 1994. Suárez obtained his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Interamerican University Of Puerto Rico Metropolitan Campus, where he graduated Cum Laude.


Gabriel Soto Martínez

Honorable Deputy of the Republic of Panama, Circuit 8-1, District of Arraiján period 2014-2019, part of the team of the elected President Juan Carlos Varela.


Luis Leonardo Almagro Lemes

Luis Almagro Lemes was elected Secretary General of the OAS on March 18, 2015, with the unanimous support of 33 of the 34 Member States, with one abstention. In assuming the leadership of the OAS, he announced that one of the main axes of his administration will be "more rights for more people" and that he will work to bring the Organization closer to the new reality of the hemisphere and thus contribute to guaranteeing more democracy, More prosperity for all.


Luis Alberto Lacalle

President of the Republic (1990-1994)

He was born on July 13, 1941 in Montevideo.

His grandfather, Luis Alberto de Herrera (1873-1959) was one of the most important men in Uruguayan politics.

Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Montevideo. He began his political career at age 17 in the ranks of the National or White Party, which was the main force of the opposition.

Lawyer, Masters in Law of State by Julius-Maximilians University of Würzburg, Germany; Master's degree in Government and Public Management; Master's degree in Public Administration and International Relations; Specialist in strategic planning, elaboration and evaluation of projects.
 
He is a member of several institutions: the Inter-American Federation of Lawyers; The American Society of International Law; The Chilean Association of Political Sciences and the American Society of Public Administration.
 

Gerardo Amarilla

PhD in Law and Social Sciences, Master in Environmental Law, Diploma in International Legal Studies; He worked as a teacher in Constitutional Law and Environmental Legal Framework of the Faculty of Sciences (University Center of Rivera-UDELAR).

Member of the Christian Juridical Institute of Uruguay, he chairs the Directing Council of the Inter-American Federation of Christian Jurists and is a member of Advocates International.


Robert Ramón Acevedo Quevedo

Degree in Accounting Sciences, graduated from the Universidad Ntra. Sra. De la Asunción. Bachelor of Science in Sciences and Literature Rosenstiel College, Promotion: 1983. He participated as a student of cultural exchange by the AFS in the years 1983-1984 in the city of Salem, Capital of the North American State of Oregon.

Andrés Emmanuel Bautista

He was born on December 25, 1978, in the Municipality of Moca, Province Espaillat. Son of  Andrés Bautista García and Nuris del Carmen Taveras de Bautista.  Graduate in Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA).

In 2010, he obtained the Candidature for Deputy of the Republic, for the Province Espaillat, being the second most voted on, on National Level.

Currently, he is the Secretary General of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD) of the Municipality of Moca.
