Luis Alberto Lacalle

President of the Republic (1990-1994)

He was born on July 13, 1941 in Montevideo.

His grandfather, Luis Alberto de Herrera (1873-1959) was one of the most important men in Uruguayan politics.

Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Montevideo. He began his political career at age 17 in the ranks of the National or White Party, which was the main force of the opposition.

Expert in International Humanitarian Law at the International Red Cross. Magister in Criminal Law and Doctor in Constitutional Law of the Universidad Santa María. Doctor in Human Rights and Criminal Law of the Center for Higher University Studies. Master's and Doctorate in Law and International Relations at Preston University.

Herminio Nevárez

Doctor in Veterinary Medicine graduated from the Autonomous University of the Dominican Republic. He specialized in the industry of network marketing; Author of the "Guide to Success" (educational system for professionals in network marketing), translated into more than 10 languages.


Gustavo A. Yepes López

Author of several books, articles and research on social responsibility and sustainability, transparency and anti-corruption, consumption and responsible supply.

He currently serves as President of the Latin American Chapter of the Principles for Responsible Education in Management (PRME) initiative of the United Nations Global Compact 2015-17.


Gerardo Amarilla

PhD in Law and Social Sciences, Master in Environmental Law, Diploma in International Legal Studies; He worked as a teacher in Constitutional Law and Environmental Legal Framework of the Faculty of Sciences (University Center of Rivera-UDELAR).

Member of the Christian Juridical Institute of Uruguay, he chairs the Directing Council of the Inter-American Federation of Christian Jurists and is a member of Advocates International.


Nelson Díaz Cáceres

Nelson Díaz is director of the Department of Cultural and Socio-Humanistic Management of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences; director of the Group for Policy Research and Sustainability, and coordinator of the Ethics Chair for Entrepreneurs: Bernardo Kliksberg at the EAN University (School of Business Administration).

Díaz is a member of the Global Pact Steering Committee - Colombia, currently president of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.


Manuel Ventura Robles

Vice-President of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2013), held positions in private companies, public administration and the Costa Rican Foreign Service at the Costa Rican Embassy in Washington, DC, also at the Permanent Mission of Costa Rica to the OAS.

Lawyer, general director of the ecological channel of Venezuela Ecovisión; executive director of the Carrillo Corporate Group, in the Green Projects Division; President of the Vida Verde International Environmental Foundation (Funvive).

Felisa Liss

Felisa Liss has a background of more than 30 years in the Ministry of Education of Israel, and has extensive experience as a lecturer, consultant, educational advisor and teacher training.

In the last decade he has dedicated himself to "Volunteer Education" and humanitarian aid at national and international level; for which she has also been invited to different countries in Latin America to give courses and workshops.
