Lawyer, general director of the ecological channel of Venezuela Ecovisión; executive director of the Carrillo Corporate Group, in the Green Projects Division; President of the Vida Verde International Environmental Foundation (Funvive).
He serves as a director of the Green Citizen Foundation; He is a member of the Global Green. Founder of the green movements of Venezuela and America.
Díaz is an expert on climate change; a green project broker, buying and selling Cers broker; consultant in the project cycle; channel changer of carbon bonds and collector of investments in clean technologies.
