Mendoza City: The GEAP participates in the International Festival of Environmental Cinema Argentina

The Secretariat of Citizen Awareness of the Municipality of Mendoza, Argentina, organized the International Festival of Environmental Cinema, where the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) attended as a special guest.

This event, which was supported by the Ministry of Environment and Territorial Planning of the province, presented the most outstanding audiovisual productions with environmental themes, with the aim of contributing to the preservation of the environment and the quality of life of the people.

To enjoy the films, the participants exchanged tickets for paper and cardboard. This material was received by the staff of the Ministry of the Environment, who gave away a sachet made of recycled material.

At the festival, the film "Terra" was shown, highlighting the beauty of nature and "Navetierra", which shows the importance of recycling to preserve and care for Mother Earth.
