During the third and last table of the Judicial Session of CUMIPAZ the following topic was discussed: “The UN and the International Criminal Court: Harmonious interaction, independence or subordination?”

The President of the First Appeals Court of the High Court of Justice in Peru, Dr. Percy Maximo Gomez Benavides, participated during the third table at the Judicial Session of CUMIPAZ, where he spoke on the “Proposal for the revision and amendment of the Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the Rome Statute and other correlative regulations.”
