“New Proposals for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” was the theme of the Judicial Forum organized by the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) in Chilpancingo, Guerrero state, Mexico, as a line of action of the Justice for Peace Project, in order to generate constructive critical thinking around national and international criminal policy regarding genocide as a capital crime.
A reception in honor of the official visit to Panama of the Speaker of the Israeli Knesset, Yuli Yoel Edelstein, gathered distinguished political authorities, members of the business world, community leaders and members of the Jewish community to spend a night in solidarity with Israel and for the peace of the Middle East.
Dr. William Soto, Ambassador of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace, was invited by the Israeli Ambassador to Panama, Alexander Galilee, who expressed his appreciation to Dr. Soto for accepting his invitation and for the work he carries out in favor of world peace.

We are part of history, and therefore, we must demand that the Holocaust and any other crime against humanity not be repeated. We believe that forgetting the Holocaust is a crime, and not making it known to new generations would make us accomplices of those who perpetrated it and those who currently deny it. The Holocaust is the saddest defeat of free civilization. This crime perpetrated by the Nazi regime is the dark page in the history of Germany; and therefore, of the human race.
