Argentine lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Postgraduate studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland: Masters in Development Studies and Masters in International Human Rights Law.
She was Deputy Representative and Representative Of the Office in Mexico of the Human Rights before her arrival in Paraguay.
She was Deputy Representative of the Office in Colombia of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and previously, Coordinator of the Juridical and Public Policy Monitoring Area of the OHCHR in Colombia.
She was International Consultant of the U.N High Commissioner for Human Rights in Guatemala. International Consultant of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland.
She worked with international human rights organizations in Geneva, as Legal Adviser and, subsequently, Program Coordinator for Europe, Latin America and Africa. She is the author of several publications and articles on human rights and international humanitarian law.
