Eli Bukspan

Professor at the Ratzinger Law School of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel.

ELI BUKSPAN is a tenured professor at the Radzyner Law School of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. His teaching and research focuses on contract and corporate law, as well as on corporate social responsibility and business ethics.

He graduated with honors from the University of Tel Aviv as LL.B. and from the Harvard Law School as a Doctor of Law Sciences (SJD), where his research focused on corporate law and government under the direction of Prof. Lucian Bebchuk and Prof. Rainier Kraakman.

He joined the Radzyner School in 1996, serving as academic director of the IDC Directors and the Executive Management Program and editor-in-chief of "Law and Business," the revision of the IDC law.

Among other professional activities, he taught corporate law at the law faculties of Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He was the founder of the first clinical law program (for legal assistance and social participation) established in the IDC, which he chaired.

Eli Bukspan's public duties include serving as chair of the Fund for Class Action Funding, a member of the public committee that oversees the Maala Index on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (a non-profit standard-setting CSR organization). in Israel) and president of the Maala Ethics Subcommittee.

He was awarded the honorary recognition of the 2016 Distinguished Class Action for his role in advancing the important cause of the Class Actions in Israel.
