Professor of Administrative Law at the University Escuela Libre de Derecho. Professor of the Doctorate Program in Ibero-American Administrative Law coordinated by the University of La Coruña with 10 universities in Ibero-America and Professor of the PhD program in Law at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED).
He is a member of several international and regional academic organizations, such as the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law; The Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Procedural Law; The World Association of Constitutional Justice; The World Association of Administrative Law; The Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law, among others.
He presented during his Judicial Session, his lecture: "Politicide or genocide against political groups, proposed for its classification as an international crime: The Argentine experience."
