During the next few days the National Congress of the Republic of Paraguay will be witness to long debate sessions and discussions in which distinct, international and national, authorities and personalities will offer their contributions and experiences in relation to the works carried in favor of sustainable development of the nations, without compromising nature’s preservation which should be the guiding principle for long-term global development.
Ladies and gentlemen, I thank each one of you and the international organizations represented here today, the enormous work that you have put into this and your tireless consecration for the cause of peace. Also, a special acknowledgement to the tireless promoters of this crusade, I am referring to the representatives of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace in the face of its Executive President, Peace Ambassador, William Soto Santiago and his talented team of human volunteers, a living example of volunteer work by free will. Likewise, I cannot refrain from highlighting all the work done by Deputy Jose Maria Ibanez, President of the Commission of Exterior Relations and General Coordinator of this historical and transcendental Peace Summit.
