During the tour, the volunteers carried out the separation of solid waste (plastics, paper, cardboard, glass, and metals) under international recycling standards. This action promoted citizen participation, inviting the inhabitants of these regions to care for and protect natural spaces.
With the execution of this cleanup, the Guardians seek to prevent pollution of the seas. In this sense, they call on citizens to avoid throwing common garbage in these areas.
