The GEAP presents its program at Expo Health "Celebrating Life"

The Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) in Argentina, participated on the 1st and 2nd of October, in the second edition of Expo Health, with an information stand where the Integral Program was announced: Life is in the Blood.

 Hundreds of inhabitants of the city of Azul attended the Expo, an event that brings together institutions linked to health. This year the activity was under the slogan "Celebrating life". Music and children's games were the attraction of this day.

Each stand was intended to publicize the habits to enjoy good health. For its part, the GEAP gave lectures on awareness of the importance of donating blood and the need to promote a culture of voluntary, altruistic and regular donation of safe blood in society.

Argentine doctors participate in Expo Health

Expo Health is organized by the Pediatric residence of the Materno Infantil Hospital of Azul. On this occasion the area of:

• Gynecology and Obstetrics, Dentistry and General Medicine.
• Hemotherapy services.
• The vaccinator.
• Neonatology and Nursery Service.
• Kinesiology and Rehabilitation.
• The Health Region IX.
• The School of Nursing.
• The Faculty of Agronomy.
• School No. 2
• The Health Region IX.
• Teacher Training Institute No. 2.
• The Yellow Stars group.

Through the Integral Program: Life is in the Blood, the GEAP increases the active and effective participation of citizens, in order to guarantee the supply of blood and its components to all the people who require it.
