59 Argentines become voluntary donors of safe blood

Through a blood drive, the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) in Argentina, together with the Regional Center for Hemotherapy in Mendoza, recruited 59 voluntary donors in favor of the improvement and quality of life of the citizens.

The activity was carried out as part of the Integral Blood Drive Program: Life is in the Blood, which proposes a socio-cultural and altruistic contribution based on the principle of love for life, promoting solidarity and respect for human dignity.

GEAP volunteers gave a workshop to contribute to the formation of a culture of voluntary blood donation, which was attended by 70 people.

Alejandra Civit, doctor of the Regional Hemotherapy Center of the city, took the opportunity to invite those present to a blood drive workshop on February 19 at the facilities of the institution she represents.
