On March 17, 18 and 19, the Health Secretary, through the Blood Transfusion State Center, with the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP), carried out the First International Congress of Voluntary Donation in Juarez, Chihuahua – Mexico.

In Lakeland, FL, USA, GEAP volunteers committed with the Integral Program “Life is in the Blood”, held a blood drive that counted with the support of the citizens of the state and One Blood Health Center, and sponsored by Sam’s Club.

The 8 most important regions and more than 51 cities of our nation made a commitment of love towards others, and went to different blood drives organized by the GEAP along with Blood Centers, during the 6th International Blood Drive Marathon “LIFE IS IN THE BLOOD”.
