Another Panamanian university joins the International Alliance of Universities for Peace
The Universidad Tecnológica OITEMA in Panama, joined the (ALIUP). On July 20th, it signed the agreement for the development of an educational program that promotes the formation in Human Rights, universal values and principles for the higher studies.
