Honduras Collected 103 Effective Blood Units

Working together with the Red Cross and local hospitals, the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace began the 3rd International Blood Donation Marathon from April 14th through April 30th.

Effective Blood Units collected in Honduras:

Tegucigalpa, M.D.C: 18 blood units

San Pedro Sula, Cortez Department: 25 blood units

La Ceiba, Atlantida Department: 13 blood units

Tocoa, Colon Department: 15 blood units

Olanchito, Yoro Department: 7 blood units

Talanga, Francisco Morazán Department:  25 blood units

Orientations will be held in different communities to strengthen the culture of regular blood donation.
