Constitutional Court of Colombia receives the delegation of the International Judicial Forums “New Proposals for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”

 A meeting between the President of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, Dr. Luis Ernesto Vargas Silva, and the Global Ambassador for Peace, Dr. William Soto, was held in Bogota after the successful event of the International Judicial Forums, activity set within the project “Justice for Peace”.

 Dr. William Soto Santiago was accompanied by a delegation of judges of Supreme Courts and Tribunal Courts of Justice of Latin America, who were lecturers at the International Judicial Forums “New Proposals for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”: Dr. Jenny Quirós Camacho from Costa Rica, Dr. Luis Antonio Ortiz Hernández from Venezuela and Dr. Victor Manuel Núñez from Paraguay; in addition to the Project Development Council Director of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace, Dr. Camilo Montoya, from Colombia.

 Afterwards they went to the Hall of Sessions of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, where concerns were shared and relationships built to continue working for world peace, especially in Colombia.

 During lunch there was a gratifying meeting amongst the lecturers of the International Judicial Forums, some coordinators and members of the International Board of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace and the President of the Constitutional Court, reaffirming friendship and cooperation bonds between the two organizations who seek peace and freedom through justice and equality among the inhabitants of the world.
