Impulse strategic and cooperative alliances for the formulation of the proposal on the revision and amendment of the Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the Rome Statute and other correlative regulations, to amplify the protection of other human groups excluded from the definition of genocide; to characterize ethnocide as an attempt against culture, language, religion and identity of indigenous people; as well as the democratization of the UN Security Council and the strengthening of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and of the Prosecution of the International Criminal Court.
