Luz Del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza

Efore joining the ICC, Ibáñez Carranza served as the Superior National Prosecutor of the specialized system of Peru for the prosecution of crimes such as terrorism, serious violations of human rights and crimes against humanity. In addition, she acted as Coordinator of the 17 tax agencies of the aforementioned system.

Antes de unirse a la CPI, Ibáñez Carranza sirvió como Fiscal Nacional Superior de sistema especializado del Perú para la persecución de delitos como el terrorismo, graves violaciones de los derechos humanos y los crímenes contra la humanidad. Además, actuó como Coordinadora de las 17 agencias fiscales del sistema antes mencionado.

Carlos Humberto Midence Banegas

The academic titles of Carlos Midence include: Exequatur of public notary extended by the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice. Lawyer, National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH). Internship on Training for Public Defenders. University of Salamanca, Spain and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), among others.

From 2009 to 2017 he was an owner magistrate, in the Court of Appeals of the Judicial Section of Comayagua.

Carlos Humberto Midence Banegas

Los títulos académicos de Carlos Midence incluyen: Exequátur de notario público extendido por la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia. Abogado, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH). Pasantía sobre Capacitación para Defensores Públicos. Universidad de Salamanca, España y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), entre otros.

Sylvain Ore

SYLVAIN ORÉ is president of the African Court of Human and Peoples' Rights (the African Court).
 
After obtaining a Master of Laws and a Certificate of Professional Aptitude of Lawyers (CAPA) from the University of Abidjan-Cocody, he was called to the Bar Association of Côte d'Ivoire.
 

Andrés Martínez Arrieta

In 1989 he was appointed magistrate of the technical cabinet of the president of the Supreme Court.

He has been a member of the National Commission of the Judicial Police since 1993 until his appointment as Judge of the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court.

In 1998, aged 43, he became the youngest judge to enter the Supreme Court when he received the support of 11 of the 18 members of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ).

DUBERLÍ APOLINAR RODRIGUEZ TINEO is Supreme Judge of the Judicial Power, Peru.
He is currently Goodwill Ambassador of the Organization of American States for Environmental Justice, granted by the Secretary General of the OAS.
