With the aim of promoting actions in defense of human rights, reflection and practice of respect for human dignity, the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace (GEAP) in El Salvador, carried out the Educational School Workshop Educating to Remember - The Holocaust Paradigm of Genocide, on March 19, 2018, in the Educational Complex of the Swiss Confederation of San Miguel.
As part of the day, the participants: students of the 2nd year, section C, made peace proposals in defense of human rights. Among these the proposal presented by the student Vanessa Aracely Aguilera, who raised the realization of a talk on values and human rights for students in the third cycle.
The approach was reviewed by the teacher Francisca Saraí Ramírez and approved by directors of the Arístides Ventura Educational Complex.

Execution of the proposal
On May 23, the peace proposal was implemented in the institution, where six second-year high school students developed the activity “Talks on values and Human Rights with the help of teaching materials” to the 7th, 8th and 9th grade students.
In this educational space, the speakers discussed the importance of principles, universal values and human rights. During their presentation the students presented posters and banners with positive messages that motivate the execution of actions in favor of peace.
